Namibia CPPN Report - 6th-8th December 2010

Records of the Fifth Commonwealth Public Procurement Network (CPPN) Technical Conference - 6TH – 8TH December 2010, Safari Conference Centre, Windhoek, Namibia
 
The Deputy Minister of Finance, Honourable Calle Schlettwein, in his speech confirmed that Namibia is honoured to host the conference in light of the envisaged public procurement policy review and the subsequent legislation reform that Namibia have embarked upon. According to him, the system is in need for review because the present economic environment is different from the one prevalent when it was developed.

Namibia Sierra Leone Delegates Report - 2010

A five-man delegation comprising Board Chair (Mrs. Alice Onomake), Acting Chief Executive of NPPA (Dr. Adeyemi A.T. Suleiman), Mr. Mohammed J. Musa (Head of Department, Monitoring & Evaluation, NPPA), Mr. Alie Barka Kargbo (Head of Department, Capacity Building Department, NPPA) and Mr. Brisley Johnson, Acting Assistant Director (PFMR office, MOFED) attended the 5th Commonwealth Public Procurement Network Conference in Windhoek, Namibia between 6th to 8th December 2010.
